?Jeffrey Skilling will be new chief executive officer at Enron as
of 12 February 2001. Skilling s*ucceeds Kenneth Lay who continues
?ANZ has appointed Sven Dybdhal as the new regional head, global
structured finance, Middle East, and head of the ANZ Bahrain off
shore banking unit. Based in Bahrain, where he has formerly been
head of industrial transportation, Middle East, he will lead ANZ's
project finance and corporate advisory activities in the Middle
East. He replaces Stephen Atkinson who has left ANZ to join
Investcorp Bank E.C. Geoff Biron, currently an assistant director
in ANZ's global power group in London, will also be joining Dybdhal
in Bahrain to spearhead the origination and execution of
non-recourse transactions in the region.
?Mounir S. Ayntrazi and Adam Tomza have joined Taylor-DeJongh's
team of associates at the corporate headquarters in Washington.
Ayntrazi comes from the Infrastructure Group, where he was an
investment analyst and Tomza is a recent George Washington
University MBA graduate who has spent time with the Overseas
Private Investment Corporation.
?John Pellegrini has left his position as director of business
development at Edison Mission Energy to take up the post of vice
president at Union Bank of California's power and utilities group.
